We’ll then create a “comp,” or comparative market analysis (CMA), that will help determine competitive listing price that will attract qualified buyers and drive maximum interest to your property.

We’ll guide you through what needs to be done such as decluttering and make recommendations to enhance curb appeal and interior aesthetics. We assist in coordinating pre-listing inspections and advise on necessary repairs and improvements. Our clients will have access to our network of skilled vendors that we have used for our past listings.   • Our comprehensive marketing approach will ensure your home will be looking the best. We partner with one of the top stagers and designers in the South Bay to showcase your home's unique features. We employ a professional photographer to take attractive photos, video and drone shots, a virtual 3D tour, and a custom website for each property. Leveraging digital platforms and social media, we create targeted campaigns to reach a wide audience of potential buyers. We also utilize traditional marketing strategies such as Open Houses and custom bi-fold flyers professional printed on luxury card stock.

  • There is a lot of paperwork when it comes to real estate transactions. Our team ensures all necessary documents are completed and presented in an organized and orderly fashion.

    We also provide detailed offer instructions to all prospective buyers and their agents. Once an offer is received, we will not only check that purchase contract and required documents are completely properly, we will also contact their agent and lender to acquire knowledge about the buyers, verify their funds and assess their financial stability and ability to close timely. This will allow us to advise you on how to move forward with negotiations so that we can get the best offer in terms of price and conditions.

  • Once we’re in contract, we will guide you through the final steps of closing the sale. We will communicate regularly with the buyer’s agent, lender, escrow and title officers to ensure all conditions and requirements are met. Our commitment to transparency means you stay well-informed about the progress, giving you peace of mind as the closing date approaches. In the event of issues, we proactively work to resolve them or find effective solutions, keeping you informed during the entirety.   • "Christine was ON TOP of things"

    Christine was our buyer agent for a property we purchased in Sunnyvale. We had a unique situation where we were travelling 2 days after we put an offer. Christine was ON TOP of things, making sure there is effective and constant communication with the seller agent. She proactively reached out to my mortgage banker to get the right pre-approval letters, walked us through all aspects of the offer before we signed them. She negotiated a late closing date with the seller agent so we can close after our return back. Lo and behold, before we boarded our flight we were in contract. She kept constant communication with us while we were on vacation to ensure that the process is moving forward to close on time.
